Century is the country's third largest printer of advertising inserts serving the retail and grocery industries. The Company's products are delivered to their intended audience through targeted media, primarily newspapers, direct mail and in-store racks. Quad-C acquired the business in August 1994. After completing an add-on acquisition to the business and significant improvements in the Company's operations and systems, the Company was sold to World Color Press, now Quebecor World, Inc. (NYSE: IQW), in February 1998.
