Huddle House is a franchisor of 24-hour family restaurants located primarily in the Southeastern United States. There are more than 350 Huddle House restaurants in operation, less than 10% of which are company-operated stores. Quad-C recapitalized the business several times during our ownership with a major recapitalization in January 2001 that allowed our investors to realize a significant gain on their investment. The Company was ultimately sold to a financial buyer in December 2006.
