We make control equity investments of $50-125 million in companies valued between $75 million and $400 million. We will also consider smaller strategic acquisitions for our current portfolio companies. We seek to invest in leading middle market companies with: (i) experienced management, (ii) an established track record of sales growth and profitability, (iii) sustainable competitive advantages, (iv) high return on invested capital, and (v) attractive growth opportunities. We are generalists and are comfortable making investments in a wide range of industries as long as the company and management team have the characteristics we seek.
