We make control equity investments of $25–$150 million in companies valued between $50 million and $500 million. We will also consider smaller strategic acquisitions for our current portfolio companies. In general, the companies we invest in are leading middle market companies with: (i) experienced management, (ii) an established track record of sales growth and profitability, (iii) sustainable competitive advantages, (iv) high return on invested capital, (v) attractive growth opportunities and (vi) approximately $10 million in EBITDA. We are generalists and are comfortable making investments in a wide range of industries as long as the company and management team have the characteristics we seek.
