MBG Holdings, aka Max Media, is a television and radio broadcasting company that currently owns and operates network-affiliated television stations in markets including Portland, Maine, Bowling Green, Kentucky, and throughout the state of Montana, and radio stations in markets including Norfolk, Virginia, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Arkansas and Missouri. Quad-C is investing with the same executive team from Max Media Properties, LLC, a previous investment that was sold to a strategic buyer in 1998.
