Max Media is a television and radio broadcasting company which owns or operates network affiliated television stations and FM radio stations. The television group includes NBC, FOX, UPN and WB stations, covering six (50-110 MSA) markets, while the radio group is concentrated in two (30-50 MSA) markets. The Company was sold to Sinclair Broadcasting (NASDAQ: SBGI) in July 1998.
