Rio joined Quad-C in 2010 and has experience in private equity, investment banking, and company management. Rio was most recently the CEO/Vice Chairman/Board Member of Milestone Electronic Materials Corporation, a fast growing private company headquartered in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Prior to this role, Rio worked at Citigroup's principal investing group in Hong Kong as a Senior Associate. Prior to Citigroup, Rio worked in investment banking at the Bank of China International where he was involved with transactions including financings and public offerings. Rio holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Zhongshan University in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province.
