Shouhai joined Quad-C in 2009 with over six years of experience in investment banking and private equity. Before joining Quad-C KAI, he worked at Kew Capital and was responsible for execution of growth capital investments. Prior to Kew Capital, Shouhai worked at Credit Suisse - Hong Kong as an Associate, where he was involved in principal investment transactions in a variety of sectors including alternative energy, mining, real estate and general industrials. Prior to Credit Suisse, Shouhai worked at CITIC Securities, where he was involved in a total of RMB 4.5 billion transactions including capital raising and underwriting. Shouhai holds an M.B.A. degree from the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan, an M.S. degree and a B.S. degree from University of Science and Technology of Beijing.
