Frank joined
Quad-C in 1998 and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Cloverhill, NuSil Technology, Royal Adhesives &
Sealants and Technimark. In addition to making investments in the specialty chemicals, food manufacturing and packaging sectors, Frank has been involved with investments in the
security / corrections and direct marketing industries, among others. Prior to joining Quad-C,
Frank was a Consultant in the Quantitative Strategies Group at Public Financial Management where he advised state and local authorities on the issuance of debt
and the use of various derivatives strategies. Frank holds an A.B. degree from Princeton University and is a CFA charterholder.
