Frank joined Quad-C in 1998 and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Cloverhill, Joerns Healthcare, and Technimark. In addition to making investments in the chemicals, food, healthcare and packaging sectors, Frank has been involved with Behavioral Interventions, NuSil Technology and Royal Adhesives & Sealants, among other Quad-C investments. Prior to joining Quad-C, Frank was a Consultant in the Quantitative Strategies Group at Public Financial Management where he advised on the issuance of municipal bonds and the use of various derivative strategies. Frank holds an A.B. degree from Princeton University and is a CFA charterholder.
