Since joining Quad-C in 1998, Frank has made investments in a variety of industries including specialty chemicals, packaging, distribution, security / corrections and direct marketing. Frank currently sits on the Board of Directors of Behavioral Interventions, Home Meridian International, Lexicon Marketing, NuSil Technology, Royal Adhesives & Sealants and Technimark. Prior to joining Quad-C, Frank was a Consultant in the Quantitative Strategies Group at Public Financial Management where he advised state and local authorities on the issuance of debt and the use of various derivatives strategies. Frank holds an A.B. degree from Princeton University and is a CFA charterholder. |
