

Matthew's primary focus is on ensuring the maximum effectiveness in Quad-C's deal generation capabilities. Prior to his current role in Corporate Development, Matthew was a Vice President of Quad-C from 2000 to 2006 and involved with some of Quad-C's investments in broadcasting/media, industrial products and logistics. Matthew currently sits on the Board of Directors of Max Media. Before joining Quad-C, Matthew was a Vice President of Harris Williams & Co., a mergers and acquisitions firm focused on transactions from $50-500 million in value. Matthew worked on numerous private and public divestitures and acquisitions, in addition to private company valuations and fairness opinions. Matthew holds a B.S. degree from the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia, and is a CFA charterholder. |
