Ryan joined Quad-C in 2004 and he currently works with Durcon and Generation Brands and previously worked with other Quad-C investments including Heartland Automotive Services. Ryan's responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and monitoring. Prior to joining Quad-C, Ryan worked in the Financial Sponsors group at Credit Suisse, where he executed a broad range of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements for the portfolio companies of private equity firms. Ryan holds a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. |
