Rob joined Quad-C in 2007 and works with Augusta Sportswear Group, Classic Party Rentals, and Joerns Healthcare and he previously worked with NuSil Technology and Royal Adhesives & Sealants, among other Quad-C investments. Rob's responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and monitoring. Prior to joining Quad-C, he worked at JLL Partners where he evaluated and executed private equity investments in various industries, including general industrial, for-profit education, specialty finance, transportation, and consumer products. Prior to JLL Partners, Rob was with J.P. Morgan Chase in the Leveraged Finance Group where he focused on providing senior and subordinated debt financing for a broad range of leveraged buy-out transactions. Rob holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Ithaca College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
