Since joining Quad-C in
1994, Steve has led investments in the business services, specialty chemical, automotive, textile, commercial floorcoverings, and light manufacturing industries. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Cloverhill, Document Technologies, Inc., NuSil Technology, Royal Adhesives and Sealants, Technimark, Classic Party Rentals, and Tandus Group (formerly Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings). Prior to joining Quad-C, Steve served as a Vice President in the Risk Arbitrage Group and Leveraged Capital Group at Paribas. Steve met the original principals of Quad-C during a two-year stint in the corporate acquisitions group at W.R. Grace before joining Paribas. Steve holds a B.S. degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
