Since joining Quad-C in 1994, Steve has led investments in the business services, chemicals, food, packaging, and light manufacturing industries. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Cloverhill, Technimark, Classic Party Rentals, and Tandus Group (formerly Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings), and was previously involved with Document Technologies, NuSil Technology, Royal Adhesives and Sealants, and Universal Fiber Systems, among others. Prior to joining Quad-C, Steve worked in the Risk Arbitrage Group and Leveraged Capital Group at Paribas. Steve met Terry during his tenure in the corporate development group at W.R. Grace. Steve holds a B.S. degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
