Since joining Quad-C in 1994, Steve has led investments in the specialty chemical, automotive, textile, commercial floorcoverings, and light manufacturing industries. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Classic Party Rentals, Heartland Automotive Services, Lexicon Marketing, NuSil Technology, Royal Adhesives and Sealants, Technimark, and Tandus Group (formerly Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings). Prior to joining Quad-C, Steve served as a Vice President in the Risk Arbitrage Group and Leveraged Capital Group at Paribas. Steve met the original principals of Quad-C during a two-year stint in the corporate acquisitions group at W.R. Grace before joining Paribas. Steve holds a B.S. degree from Boston College and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. |
