Tom joined Quad-C in 2008 and currently sits on the Board of Directors for TLC Companies and works
with Heartland Automotive Services. Prior to joining Quad-C, Tom was a Managing Director of Castle Harlan, Inc., a New York based middle market private equity
fund where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations in various industries including industrial,
transportation and logistics, consumer and media. Tom was also an
Associate in the M&A Group at Credit Suisse First Boston and an Analyst and Associate in the Corporate Finance Department of Robinson-Humphrey. Tom has
previously served on the boards of a number of private and public companies in connection with his investment activities. Tom holds a B.A. in Economics and
English from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School. |
