Since joining Quad-C in 1992, Tony has led investments in a variety of industries including logistics, franchising, broadcasting, building products distribution, home furnishings and specialty finance. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Asset Acceptance Capital Corp., Augusta Sportswear, Generation Brands, Home Meridian International, Lexicon Marketing, Max Media, Spa and Bath Holdings, and Sticky Fingers. Prior to joining Quad-C, Tony worked in both the Merchant Banking Group at Merrill Lynch and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Drexel Burnham Lambert. While at Drexel and Merrill, he worked on numerous leveraged buyout financings involving public offerings and private placements of high yield debt. Tony holds a B.S. degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
