Dillard Watt

Director of Business Development

Dillard joined Quad-C in 2026 and works closely with Quad-C’s investment teams on the sourcing and origination of new platform investments and add-on acquisitions, while strengthening relationships with key intermediaries and industry executives.

Prior to joining Quad-C, Dillard was a Business Development Manager for the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice at Harris Williams, focusing on M&A origination and new sector development. He began his career in equity research at Stifel, covering building products, home furnishings, and specialty finance companies.
