Ali Shams 

Managing Director, Portfolio Optimization

Ali joined Quad-C in 2026 and is responsible for implementing best practices and value creation initiatives with technology across the Quad-C portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Quad-C, Ali was a Technology Operating Partner at H.I.G. Capital, a global alternative investment firm, for 4 years where he started the portfolio technology practice focused on complex technology implementations, carve-outs, and integrations with value creation initiatives across the portfolio. Prior to this, with nearly two decades of experience across consulting, industry, and private equity, Ali has led high-impact projects, including IT due diligence, PMO creation, agile transformations, system implementations, application portfolio management, IT outsourcing, post-merger IT integrations, IT stand-ups, and large-scale carve-outs.
