Cynthia joined Quad-C in 2025. Prior to joining Quad-C, she provided C-suite executive support in both the public and private sectors. Cynthia also previously served as Director of Communications at the UVA School of Architecture, and filled various management and support roles during her time at the largest independent music management company in the world.
Ansley Petitt
Ansley joined Quad-C in 2023. Prior to joining Quad-C, Ansley worked in quality control and various customer service positions at Custom Ink.
Angie Watson
Angie joined Quad-C in 2013. Prior to joining Quad-C, Angie was an office manager at Real Estate III in Charlottesville, VA.
Meredith Smith
Meredith joined Quad-C in 2023 and assists with accounting and administration of the investor funds. Prior to joining Quad-C, Meredith was an accountant at Harris Williams.
Hayley Wittsack
Hayley joined Quad-C in 2023 and is responsible for the fund accounting, operations, and investor reporting. Prior to joining Quad-C, Hayley worked for The Carlyle Group over 10+ years in the Fund Accounting team focused on international corporate private equity, with a concentration in Asia, Africa, and Europe-based funds.
Sara Cutts
Sara joined Quad-C in 2004 and is responsible for management company reporting and operations. Prior to joining Quad-C, Sara worked for Albemarle First Bank. Sara began her career as an accountant with Jacobson Brotman PC.

Caki Nolan
Caki joined Quad-C in 2023 and is responsible for managing Quad-C’s investor relations and marketing. Prior to joining Quad-C, Caki was with Tailwind Capital, a middle market private equity firm. She began her career within the equity capital markets group at Lazard Frères.
