Matthew Sackett
Matthew joined Quad-C in 2022. Prior to joining Quad-C, Matthew was an Associate in the Logistics and Transportation Group at Jefferies, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyout financings for private-equity backed and founder-owned companies in the sector.
Cynthia Smith
Cynthia joined Quad-C in 2025. Prior to joining Quad-C, she provided C-suite executive support in both the public and private sectors. Cynthia also previously served as Director of Communications at the UVA School of Architecture, and filled various management and support roles during her time at the largest independent music management company in the world.
Meredith Smith
Meredith joined Quad-C in 2023 and assists with accounting and administration of the investor funds. Prior to joining Quad-C, Meredith was an accountant at Harris Williams.
Zach Smith
Zach joined Quad-C in 2018. Prior to joining Quad-C, Zach was an Associate in the Industrials Group at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity raises for public and private companies in the building products and distribution industries.

Matt joined Quad-C in 2017. Prior to joining Quad-C, Matt was an Analyst in the Transportation & Logistics Group at Harris Williams, where he focused on sell-side M&A assignments for private equity-backed and founder-owned businesses.
Chris Tollefsen
Chris joined Quad-C in 2015. Prior to joining Quad-C, Chris was an Associate at CIVC Partners, where he was responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies in the business services and financial services sectors. Chris was also previously an Analyst with BMO Capital Markets in the Food, Consumer & Retail Group.
Matt Trotta
Matt joined Quad-C in 2013. Prior to joining Quad-C, Matt was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Wells Fargo, where he focused on raising debt capital for leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and recapitalizations of public and private companies across multiple industries.
Jack Walker
Jack joined Quad-C in 2011 and focuses on investments in the business services sector. Prior to joining Quad-C, Jack was an analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he focused on advisory work for transactions including mergers and acquisitions, debt financings and equity raises for public and private companies across a variety of industries.
Angie Watson
Angie joined Quad-C in 2013. Prior to joining Quad-C, Angie was an office manager at Real Estate III in Charlottesville, VA.
